All sales are final. Please review pictures and product descriptions carefully - request additional information if needed before purchasing. Commissioned or custom art cannot be returned. During the final process of commissioned piece the client is to carefully review details & pictures and request more info or photos if needed before being shipped to the client for their collection.

The Artist (Anna Esther) retains the rights to all her artworks, this includes all originals & prints. Anna retains the right to make reproductions of all artwork unless the collector has purchased a private collection piece for an additional cost. The collector may not make reproductions of any artwork Anna creates.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Cost are seperate from your commissions quote. Shipping is calculated to the best of the abilities possible. How cost is calculated: Shipping is calculated by weight & size. Shipping time for original art: Orders within 2-5 business days of purchase. Shipping time for fine art prints: Print Artwork is created per purchase, there are no prints in stock unless stated otherwise in the product description. Prints are shipped as soon as possible from the printers office, wait times can vary (1-3 weeks) depending on demand. International Shipping: If you want to make a purchase and are outside of the United States, please contact me and I will calculate shipping and send you an invoice for your purchase. Holiday shipping: Christmas delivery is not guaranteed. I do my best to ship everything in a timely manner but I cannot guarantee orders will arrive before Christmas. Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
